Biography

Pietro Rosiello, stage name Peter Ross, was born in Trepuzzi, in the Salento peninsula in the province of Lecce. He comes from a large family which has always had a keen interest in the arts. Following the footsteps of his grandfather he set out on a musical path learning both the guitar and the trumpet and taking part in singing competitions. He then studied modern dance, jazz and funky and from there started performing. Inspired by his birthplace, rich as it is in both history and cultural traditions, he has always appreciated and loved art in all its forms, a passion which incited him to travel around the world to experience and learn from new cultures and ways of being. As a young adult he moved to Rome and became the manager of a clothes shop where he developed his sense of style and taste, his knowledge of fabrics and his skills in putting together looks and images for a major chain of shops in the capital. At the same time, thanks to Caio Bascerano, a well known singing teacher associated with RAI he discovered his vocal talent, passing from opera to modern and enchanting everyone with his voice, his music and his lyrics filled with depth and emotion as he sang pop rock style in English.

From this point he went from one success to another, working in programmes of note such as ‘La sai l’ultima’ and taking part in different programmes not only as a dancer but as a more complete and mature artist. Developing his curriculum further in the fields of fashion and advertising Peter was managed by a key Milan based advertising and fashion agency and took part in numerous television commercials ( Martini, Infil, Pocket coffee, Buitoni, Duplo ) as well as appearing in fashion shows for Valentino, Versace, Ferrè, Romeo Gigli. Fila costumi, 2xist underwear. His meeting with the famous stylist Massimo Nanni is of fundamental importance, their collaboration has lasted for over twenty years. It’s a partnership which focuses on style, the research of materials, even the tiniest details are key, which spans from the first ideas and moves through the creation stages to the realisation of unique models and designs. They have appeared in and worked with national and international newspapers and magazines such as Vogue, Flair, Elle, Gioia, Io Donna, Marie Claire, GQ, Sposa, Close Up Greece, Allo (United Arab) e Vicenza Oro.

From his experience in these fields and from his love for beauty in all its forms the desire to realise people’s dreams and become a wedding planner and events organiser was born. Skills and experiences honed over the years inform a solid base which offers management and event organising with a fine attention to detail and service both in Italy and abroad. The ‘Diana Majestic Garden’ in Milan has been the location for numerous successful multiethnic evenings in Indian, African and Japanese styles. Peter Ross and Massimo Nanni have worked together on the set design for many artists including Anna Oxa and have participated in assorted fashion events in via Monte Napoleone in Milan. They have also worked with the Bruni-Tedeschi family ( top model Carla Bruni) co-ordinating an event at the Reggio Di Torino theatre where they were involved in costume and set design with the corps de ballet of the Scala.

The weddings they organise emit passion, poignancy and their unique, elegant and dreamlike style. For the themed wedding on the island of Procida, with its leitmotif of turquoise and coral merging colour and elegance, the enchanting atmosphere of the sea was recreated. The wedding organised in the Villa Reale in Monza was another matchless occasion.

The event organised in Villa Marchesi in Salento was key, a return to the origins, a much loved homeland and backdrop of artistic beauty and landscape, cradle of history and important traditions that have inspired him, since a young age to become the artist he is today. As an art enthusiast Peter adores organising every event with a distinguishing theatricality, taking care of each detail as if he were a director of a wonderful piece.

Our work begins with getting to know the bride and groom, and the consulting we do together. We collect the necessary information in order to start the planning of your wedding following both the theme and budgetary boundaries set forth. What follows will be the design that also includes the exchange of ideas on the drawing board which will be the backdrop for convivial and authentic ceremonies where every little finishing touch will be sewn around the ad hoc personality of the happy couple. Every wedding will be expressed through unique and exclusive styles that are a reflection of the newlyweds themselves. In this vein, we are talking about set designs that will encapsulate your special day being both very personalized and unique. In this context, the following will be proposed: the decorations for the ambience and atmosphere, the illuminated setting, the location choice, the floral arrangements for the house, church, or municipality, and the restaurant, colors, fabrics, and of course all of this will be studied in accordance with whether the wedding occurs in the confines of a religious or strictly civil ceremony.

We will follow the bride and groom and family in everything. We will deal with the clothes, jewelry, the wedding bands, makeup artists and hairstylists, with all the necessary preparations. You will be the stars of the day at the center of our attention. The photographs, videos, vintage and luxury cars, horse-drawn carriages will allow you to feel as if on a real movie set. We will take care of the music for the church, municipality, or other location as well as that for the restaurant before, during and after the event. Live music and DJs will be at your disposal. We will propose the entertainment that is most suited to your genre: performances by singers, musicians, dancers, mimes, acrobats, magicians and video projections. We will choose with you the invitations, the wedding favors, and the thank you notes so that it all can be both traditional and elegant at the same time. At the restaurant, taste and refinement will not fail in the preparations proposed and in the realization of authentic tableau de mariage and mise en place first class. We will also propose a babysitting service, children's entertainment and dogsitter service thereby confirming the importance that we give to all our guests.

Wedding cakes and personalized and inimitable sugared almonds along with fireworks and theme sets will bring to a close the flourishing occasion, but all the surprises cannot be revealed as every wedding and reception will be different, unique and magical in its own way. We will have the responsibility to arrange transportation and hotels, getting to the after party and for days after the event upon request.
